Cozy, detached vacation home in a country-style design, about 350 m from the beach

We invite you to enjoy a relaxing vacation in the health resort of Tossens on the Butjadingen Peninsula. Our cozy, country-style vacation home—which sleeps 4 and is pet-friendly—offers you the perfect setting to find peace and relaxation. It’s located at the end of a cul-de-sac on a large property. The garden is bordered by tall wild shrubs. This means you’ll have your own private retreat for the duration of your stay. With 70 m² of space, it offers everything you need to make the most of the best weeks of the year—a location with a view of the dike, yet within easy reach of the town center, restaurants, shops for daily necessities, a wide range of recreational activities, the beach, and the ÖVP. Great care was taken to ensure the house is equipped for comfort and coziness. You’ll find a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher and a breakfast bar, which flows seamlessly into the living room. On cold days, our in-floor heating keeps the house cozy, and the wood-burning stove invites you to relax and unwind (firewood optional). You’ll also find two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine. The patio, furnished with garden furniture, offers a relaxing view of the greenery.
The rental price includes the costs of electricity, water, and heating. The final cleaning fee of €70–120 (depending on the number of pets) is to be paid on-site upon key handover. Optionally, you can also rent bed linens and towels for a fee of €21 per person. We look forward to your visit and wish you an unforgettable vacation experience.
