About this villa rental
House for 8 persons: approx. 200 m2, on two floors, modernly furnished. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and air conditioning, a comfortable living room with air conditioning and access to the large terrace overlooking the pool, a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, a TV and an en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as a separate WC. On the first floor, there are three comfortable bedrooms with double beds, each equipped with air conditioning and a TV. One of the bedrooms comprises a spacious balcony with a beautiful sea view, while another has a small balcony. This floor also includes one bathroom with a shower, as well as two additional bathrooms with bathtubs. Additionally, there is a room with fitness equipment, a TV, a PlayStation, and air conditioning.
Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

WiFi available free of charge. In the garden, a trampoline, foosball, darts, table tennis, a slide and a swing offer plenty of entertainment, while the sauna and whirlpool provide pure relaxation. Private parking is available for 4 cars within the fenced property. From your hosts you can buy products such as olive oil, wine and brandy on request.
