Inside, the combined kitchen and dining space is designed for easy living, with a cozy table for two, ample counter space, a butcher block island, and a marble-topped side bar complete with a convection oven and two-burner cooktop. A spacious storage area off the kitchen provides plenty of room for beach chairs, coolers, and other seasonal essentials.
The living and sleeping area is thoughtfully arranged for relaxation, featuring a comfortable queen-size bed and a full-size pull-out sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress and supportive panels which is far more comfortable than the traditional pull-outs. Large windows make the space bright and sunny, while darkening curtains help ensure privacy and restful sleep. Please note: while the apartment is fully independent and private with its own entrance, it shares a wall with a larger home so some normal household sounds may occasionally be heard.
A full bathroom with a tub-shower combo adds to your comfort, while outside, a private lounging and grilling area offers the perfect place to relax, dine al fresco, and soak up the fresh Cape Cod air.
