About this house rental
Our amazing property has spectacular, unmatched Puget Sound views from 4 decks, including unobstructed views of Seattle and Mt. Rainier! This is the ultimate spot for anything from a summer family BEACH VACATION to a place for out-of-town clients or your mid-week TEAM RETREAT, to a reunion of old friends. This truly amazing property is right on the beach, easy drive to good restaurants and close to the Southworth ferry that takes you to west Seattle!
This home provides so much flexibility for different sleeping combinations and each space is special in its own way. The fun thing is deciding which space is perfect for each member of your group or family. We can’t wait to share it with you.
Upstairs, the master suite includes an individually adjustable king size bed, master bath, private sitting area & private deck with amazing water views. The bunk room has 4 twin beds (two bunks) and it's own bathroom as well (sometimes referred to as the "kids" bathroom).
On the main floor, you'll love the open living area which includes a spacious family room with a HUGE TV, a large, custom dining table, a fully equipped, open kitchen & island seating area and lots of windows & doors to bring the outside in! Or, just step out onto the deck with a large gas bbq! In addition, there is a “powder bathroom” and a private office if you need to get some work done.
The downstairs features another bedroom with a queen bed and its own living room with a massage chair, gas fireplace, large TV, kitchenette, and a queen hide-a-bed couch. Of course, there’s another full bathroom with a fully accessable walk in shower with a seat. In addition, located on this level is the laundry room with a full-sized washer/dryer.
Finally, the completely separate, private "Bungalow" is just a few steps away from the main house on the downstairs level and has its own adjustable queen bed, full bathroom, TV, and amazing views!
You will have access to the entire house and grounds, including the "bungalow".

This is an incredible home! The private tram transforms your experience from the country roads to a private oasis to the beach below. Stepping into the main level the many windows provide an incredible view of the primary channel of the Puget Sound with many ships and fishing boats, and a clear view of downtown Seattle and the Space Needle. The home is very well appointed; bed sheets and towels were soft and plentiful, kitchenware complete with high end appliances. The many decks and fire pit overlooking the beach made for some nice afternoons. And thank you for the kayaks for more adventures.Our family will be returning.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was perfectly equipped to accommodate our group of nine, ranging in age from 6 to 90, and everyone felt right at home. The water views were simply stunning — visible from every room — and we never got tired of soaking in the scenery.We had a blast taking the kayaks out, and even managed to catch some crab during our stay! The private tram was such a unique and fun feature, and our whole family enjoyed the beautiful views on each ride up and down.This was the ideal place for our multigenerational family getaway. Highly recommend — we can’t wait to come back!

Best rental stay ever!We had 6 adult members of my family.The property was exactly as described! Plenty of room to meet communally and break-out when you want privacy.The setting is spectacular. We started every day with coffee on one of four levels watching the sun rise over Puget Sound and Seattle and saying hello to the resident seals hanging on a platform buoy nearby.Walking down or riding the tram down was a descent into a special place. The gardens, landscaping and flowering plants are standouts.And so convenient to everything we wanted to do! We took the walk-on ferry for day trips to Seattle to avoid driving and parking.Trips to Port Angeles for a shorter, cheaper ferry ride over to Victoria was much easier than if we stayed in Seattle.And I can’t say enough about the views across the sound to downtown Seattle day or night.This is the place; put it on your list.

The home was a perfect fit for our family vacation! The view of Seattle from the house was incredible. What a surprise we had when whales and seals showed up in the water right in front of the house. We were excited to catch a glimpse of them swimming so near us. The kitchen was well appointed and had every piece of equipment we needed to prepare our meals. Our family agreed it was the perfect place of making new memories. We would definitely recommend the home and would love to stay there again if we plan to visit Seattle.
