About this house rental
Welcome to your home away from home, a stylish and spacious retreat designed for guests who love to cook, gather, play, and relax.
Beautifully remodeled in 2024, this home belongs to a local chef and entrepreneur, and that personality comes through in every corner. The space has been thoughtfully designed with calming colors, comfortable furnishings, and elevated details to create a stay that feels both luxurious and genuinely livable.
The kitchen is a chef’s dream, fully stocked with high-quality pots, pans, serving platters, kitchen tools, and just about every spice you could imagine.
For downtime, head to the full game room, featuring a card and puzzle table, a dedicated chess table, a huge collection of games, a TV, and gaming consoles. Please note that the game room is a no-pet zone. Pets are welcome throughout the rest of the home. Except giraffes. No giraffes.
The home offers two spacious levels of living and convenient street-level access, making the main floor easier to enjoy for guests with limited mobility.
There are six comfortable bedrooms:
Two bedrooms with king beds
Three bedrooms with queen beds
One open-concept bedroom with a full-size bed
Every bedroom is fully furnished and includes a TV, closet space, luxury bedding, and a selection of pillows for a comfortable night’s sleep. Three bedrooms also include desks, making them ideal for guests who need a dedicated workspace during their stay.
The home includes two full bathrooms with plenty of storage space for everyone’s toiletries and personal items.
Outdoor living is a big part of the experience here. A private deck can be accessed directly from the dining room and one of the bedrooms, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow for entertaining, morning coffee, or simply enjoying the fresh air. The deck also provides convenient outdoor access for older guests or anyone with limited mobility.
The deck overlooks a secluded backyard including a fire pit, lounge seating, a grassy area for games, and a BBQ.
On the lower level, you’ll also find a covered patio directly outside the king bedroom, complete with a large dining table. It’s a great place for outdoor meals even when the Pacific Northwest weather decides to get a little drizzly.
Dedicated parking is available directly in front of the home for up to eight vehicles.
Whether you’re gathering for a family trip, cooking a big dinner with friends, settling in for game night, or simply looking for a comfortable place to unwind, this home was designed to make spending time together easy.

Great place minutes away from the airport with everything one might need to enjoy some lovely evenings inside cooking a wonderful meal. Have never seen such fine amenities.

The amenities here were top notch: from the chocolates left on the counter for us, to the use of the the Alexa (with commands), to the beautiful kitchen, to the house linens, it was all lovely!

The host is super friendly and thoughtful. Welcomed us with a warmth gourmet cookies. We enjoyed every detail of the house and it’s surroundings, beautiful garden, patio, kitchen is amazing! The living and dining room is so cozy that we used it a lot. Home is a 7 min drive from SEA-TAC and a convenient 25 min drive to downtown. Seahurst beach is 10 min drive with beautiful hiking trails and overlooking Lake Washington. Definitely a must stay if you need a vrbo in Seattle.
