Our policy allows up to two dogs per reservation, with a fee of $75 per pet. This fee helps us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness for our next guests. For the comfort of all visitors, dogs are not permitted on any furniture or bedding. Additionally, we kindly ask that all dog waste be properly picked up before check-out. Please note, that failure to adhere to these guidelines or bringing unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fee plus the cost of any necessary cleaning and restoration.
>>AGE REQUIREMENTThe minimum renter age is 25 years old for our property.
To comply with our renter's insurance, the primary guest who made the booking is required to sign the rental agreement before the check-in date and send a photo of a valid government-issued ID before the check-in date. This will help ensure a smooth check-in and verify your reservation.
>SAME DAY BOOKINGS We're thrilled to welcome same-day I bookings! Just reach out to us in advance to confirm the available check-in time for such bookings.
>ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is by 10 am. While early check-ins can't be guaranteed due to potential same-day check-outs, we'll inform you on the day if it's possible. Please note that a $100 fee applies for early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability.
