Main Living Area: Relax by the towering stone fireplace with luxurious seating and breathtaking views.
Lower-Level Media Room: A casual and fun space perfect for movie nights and games.
Outdoor Bliss:
Step onto the expansive deck to soak up the sunshine and marvel at the panoramic mountain views. In the evening, gather on the covered porch around the fire table to share stories, make s’mores, or simply enjoy the crisp mountain air under a blanket of stars.

First-Floor King Master Suite: Enjoy mountain views, a custom bathroom with a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a luxurious soaker tub.

Policies:
--Fire bans may occasionally happen. The timing of this is out of our control. Live burns and fires outside are strictly not permitted. Please reference Teller County sheriff`s office website for current fire ban laws.
--At this elevation you don`t need AC! It stays much cooler at 8,000 ft and open windows keeps it comfortable on a summer day.
Parking:
There is free parking for 4 vehicles. There are two separate parking areas. 4WD/AWD is recommended for winter months. This property is easily accessible. Roads are well maintained and we do have snow removal when it snows 4`+.
Must be 25 years or older to book and check in.

The views were absolutely stunning, especially from the deck and hot tub. We spent our mornings sipping coffee surrounded by fall colors and our evenings around the fire pit under the stars. The living area was perfect for game nights, and the kitchen made cooking for a group easy and fun.The location was peaceful and private, but still a short drive to nearby hikes, breweries, and a small mountain town. The host was super friendly and responsive, and check-in was smooth and easy.Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a perfect mountain escape with friends. We’re already talking about coming back next year!
