Located on the 4th floor with elevator, it comprises :
- one bedroom with a double bed ;
- one bedroom with three single beds (including 1 bunk bed, see photo);
- a functional bathroom;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a dining room opening onto the living room;
- a ski locker M4 in the garage.
You'll particularly appreciate the peace and quiet and the view from the bedrooms.
During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Parking, Televisions, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Fan, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
You'll be staying in the heart of the Gaillands district, which is popular for :
- its climbing site (very pleasant and easily accessible) ;
- its lake (ideal for fishing, with a beautiful view of the Brévent from the bedrooms and a panoramic view of the entire Mont-Blanc range from the terrace.);
- its accrobranche park (6 courses and over 100 workshops await you for an unforgettable experience. Perfect for outdoor adventures with the whole family).
All these places are just a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.

Capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively town center and many activities are offered in winter and summer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other touristic places are also very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at 3800m of altitude, or the Montenvers Railway, leading to the Mer de Glace. The latter is a 7.5 km long valley of glaciers. Spectacular landscapes are to be discovered throughout the year.
