Clean and spacious. Host was very responsive. "Steps to sand" did make me think we'd be closer to the beach.

The location of this studio is perfect. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby for supplies. Walgreens and CVS are across the street and Publix is a quick 10 minute walk for more items. The studio is clean and well stocked with plenty of kitchen items for at home cooking. We had a slight problem with the air conditioner and the building fire box was sounding an alarm, but both were remedied quickly. We would definitely stay again.
