Overall, it’s a cute hostel vibe. It’s an older building being in the Medina. The staff was very welcoming and helpful with getting around and finding places to eat. The rooms and property could use a little work and remodeling, but maybe that takes away from the hostel vibe. It is in a good location next to good eats and literally in the middle of the Medina.

The youth riad has the best terrace in essaouira and the beach is very close. Its very nice to talk with other travelers from other countries.

Bedroom was clean but the place looks very dirty. The staff is really kind and for the price I can’t complain too much. Also very close to the souk and a lot of restaurants which nice
