About this house rental
This beautiful vacation rental is the perfect spot for your family vacation! With a private beach, a large patio with charcoal grill, and updated features inside, you are sure to have an unforgettable week. From this home, you can walk to Little Sable Point Lighthouse and to Silver Lake Sand Dunes. If you don't feel like cooking, head into town for dinner, shopping, and ice cream. This vacation home is minutes away from your favorite things to do!
The house features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a great outdoor shower! The master suite with a king bed, is located upstairs and features its own balcony and En Suite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms are on the main level as well as the second full bathroom and the couch on the sun porch pulls out into a sofa sleeper. You can comfortably sleep 8 people in this home with lots of open space in the living room and dining room. Please note, there is no room for trailer parking at this home. This property does not have air conditioning and is not pet friendly.
Silver Lake is located in Mears, Michigan and offers shorelines along Lake Michigan and Silver Lake. While vacationing here you won't want to miss out on the experiences that the massive Silver Lake Sand Dunes have to offer. Rent a jeep of your own or head over to Mac Wood's Dune Rides for an adventurous ride on the sand dunes. Nearby is the Hart-Montague Bicycle Trail that will take you along 22.5 miles of scenic routes. The quaint little town of Pentwater is located just north of the Silver Lake area. I’ve been going to Silverlake Sandunes for over 40 years and have never stayed in that area. I wish I would’ve known how beautiful it was back there I would’ve stayed many more times there The area is very secluded. The beachfront is to die for. And the patio shows the property the way it should be The accommodations in the house Very comforting As if I was at my own home, the host was excellent

Very clean, well kept property in a great location. Million dollar view. Spectacular sunsets and nice open beach to walk as far as you like. The hosts were very helpful with a
question we had while there. For people who have a difficult time with stairs, this might not be ideal. There are no handrails on entree steps or going up to the second floor. It is a beautiful place.

The view from the deck, and the beach is wonderful for kids and adults, with plenty of beach to walk for miles.
The house was very clean and the main room upstairs is wonderful, there is also an outdoor shower.
There is no air conditioning which is fine as long as temps are less than 80.
There is no gas grill, only charcoal.
The room with bunk beds is very small and hot probably suitable only for small kids.
The kitchen is small and poorly equipped and the fruit flies inside were numerous
Overall we enjoyed our stay but very expensive for what you get in the house.
