Clean property, easy to find everything. The main bed was very comfortable and the sheets felt nice with great pillows! Location was brilliant, easy to access the light rail and easy walking distance to the city center.

Keys needed to be collected from a different location to the apartment. Will need to keep this in mind when arriving via Uber or Taxi as its about a 2.5km walk with a few major intersections if rolling luggage or kids.

Location

The property is in need of a good clean which is apparent that one hasn’t been done for sometime. Wardrobe shelves and top of the refrigerator were dusty. Several dirty plates were found in a drawer on arrival as were several wet towels in the washing machine which weren’t discovered until our second day. Carpets in the bedrooms need a professional cleans as numerous stains were observed. A nearly exhausted roll of toilet paper was the only provided. Fortunately I carry roll in my car until we could get to a shop later that day. One dim bedside lamp in each bedroom was inconvenient. Key collection and return was from an Ezymart several hundred metres away. With the current road works for the tram extension it was impossible to park near to the Ezymart. Only one access card was provided for the building/room which made it difficult for our group to go on separate outings from the building. Only 4 bowls/plates/cutlery settings were provided requiring washing after each meal so to have crockery/cutlery for the next. The managers of this property need to provide a better user experience. I would not choose this apartment again should I return to Canberra.
