De woning was mooi en net. Mevr. Thul was zeer vriendelijk. Alles was aanwezig en een uitstekende ligging.
De woning was niet klaar op het uur van afspraak. De traphal was vuil en slordig en lag vol rommel. De traphal stonk naar de sigerettenrook. Niet leuk om zo naar je verblijf te gaan.

Appartement was heel schoon
De dame was nog tot 22.45 aan het poetsen (in de middag om 17 uur hadden we gebeld dat we tussen 22 en 23 zouden aankomen. Verder waren trappen naar appartement en overloop niet schoon, en er hing een ongelofelijke geur van sigaretten rook
