近所に飲食店が多く、宮島や平和記念公園へのアクセスが良く、良い立地でした。 また近所にコインパーキングがあり、駐車料も非常に安かった。 部屋は綺麗で安心して過ごせました。
近所のコインパークへの駐車が難しかった。（道幅がそこまで広くないため）

施設内は掃除が行き届いていてとても綺麗でした。 洗濯機があるので、荷物も少なく済みました。
ベッドはふかふかでしたが、布団が薄過ぎて体が痛い。
