    My daughter and I enjoyed staying there for overnight✨ the bath was quite nice and the service and amenities are wonderful!

    There's not much more I can say about the hotel than that 1) you can see the Itsukushima torii from any east-facing window, and how can you beat that?! and 2) if that's not enough, there's free beer on tap and a freezer full of popsicles outside the baths to enhance your leisure time after hoofing it up or down Mt. Misen. The real standout of the hotel, though, is the amazing staff, who helped us coordinate a hail-mary luggage transfer back to Tokyo after we realized on arrival that we wouldn't have time to ship our group's things our usual schedule. As I said at the time, after the front desk staff phoned local Yamato outlets until midnight helping us find the fastest shipping turnaround, they are saints, and we'll never forget how generous they were with their effort and expertise in a moment when we were immensely worried. We're so grateful—and the beautiful accommodations were the icing on the cake.

    Modern hotel, very clean room, great onsen with late hours, nice free drinks (incl. draft beer) The shuttle service could be more frequent because the road in front is very busy with big trucks, so walking to the station or port isn't very pleasant. The onsen and garden are superb, but the low glass barrier by the outdoor bath unfortunately obstructs the garden/ocean view from the bath.

    I would definitely recommend this hotel in location, food , room, cleanliness and staff. I would like to thank Moroi and Furuta for the extra mile service they have provided :)
