Gorgeous one bedroom suite in an authentic Japanese home and just steps from all shops and beach. The host is friendly, super responsive and cooks a lovely breakfast each morning.
The stairs going to the second floor suite was a bit steep but definitely Worth it!

Amazing Japanese house. Very comfortable bed. Great location. We really enjoyed the breakfast, a soup and sandwich with a yoghurt on the end. A good size of room. More than you expected in Japan Thank you so much Kousuke for having us.

Kousuke makes the best breakfast. Everything was delicious especially the potato soup :-) The bedding is so soft and dreamy. The location is perfect for feeling like you are out of the “crowds” but you just walk a couple minutes over and you are back in the heart of everything.

A wonderful young man runs Hem’s. He does everything and may be the only employee. Maybe he owns it. He was extremely helpful and obliging. I can’t praise him enough.
it is very unusual. There seems to be only one guest room. The bathroom is on a lower floor.
