We liked the location. It's a studio apartment ideal for short stays. It's an AirBnB, simple, don't expect too much.

Bathroom very small - not ideal for families with small children

Walking distance to the atomic dome and other tourist destinations. Had supplies of all the toiletries available.

I think there was construction going on in the building as it was fully covered with scaffolding so we couldn’t open the windows but there was also a small balcony. The wifi was a bit slow a times.

Great location.

We arrived to the building covered in scaffolding, works were ongoing during our stay that meant we couldn’t use our balcony or open the door/windows for fresh air or the privacy curtain as workmen were directly outside. There was a strong smell of white spirit and paint with the lobby area cluttered with bicycles and paint pots. We also booked the accommodation to be with family who ended up being located in a different ‘Neighbors Hotel’ despite booking via the same Booking.com website. Something to check if that’s your intention also! Their building and room was also much nicer!
