We enjoyed our stay at The Postman's Hut. The accommodation and location are great - well decorated and very clean. Parking not an issue, plenty spaces in the adjacent street. Close to walks, good bars and restaurants.
Bathroom and main bedroom smelled a bit of damp and pets although we managed to rectify things moving the diffuser from the kitchen to the bedroom. A welcome basket would have been a nice touch.

Excellent location
No light in living room
No lamps and main light didn’t work which we hate main lights on anyway
Bed was so uncomfortable hard springs sticking in you and I’m only 8 stone
Front and back yards not presented very nicely
Very messy and unkept
Could be made so nice

Beautiful decor, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, good communication from host. Huge bedroom with seating. Good location for exploring Amble or the local area. Front yard caught the afternoon sun.
Parking was limited at times over the weekend but was able to park on a neighbouring street a couple of mins away. Rear garden not really in use - empty yard space.
