Location was excellent, communication before arrival was excellent.
We were is the apartment in the basement. There seems to be an ongoing issue with the shower which other guests have mentioned in the last few weeks which has not been fixed. The response we got was quite rude when we raised it. The first night we had no hot water and then they increased the thermostat so the next evening the water was boiling and the temperature control on the shower was broken so effectively when ever we returned from the beach it was very difficult to shower ! We were just told we didn’t know how to use the temperature control!! This was not the case it was definitely broken.
