Comodidad y distribución del departamento. La ubicación es excelente. Todo queda muy cerca (lugares a visitar, estacion de Metro y parada de Bus). El barrio es muy lindo y seguro.
Las ventanas tienen bajo aislamiento acústico (son antiguas, originales, muy lindas), pero aunque el barrio es tranquilo, hay ruidos (voces, bocinas) a toda hora.

Walking distance to Vatican and all other locations. Staffs are very helpful.
Unfortunately the only air conditioning system is not enough to cool the whole apartment. It’s too hot in the summer. We have to bring the garbage outside and the container is 10mins away back and forth. The water from the shower flow out to the flooring. We need to mopped after used.
