ABC Apartments Estación Sur

We stayed as a couple for 6 nights and the location was definitely the highlight of our stay. The apartment is very close to the metro, making it incredibly easy to get around Madrid. With direct access to both Line 1 and Line 6, reaching the city centre, major attractions and different neighbourhoods was quick and convenient. There is a small supermarket directly across the street, and the surrounding area offers plenty of local shops, cafés and restaurants, making everyday necessities easily accessible. The apartment is well equipped for a longer stay and had everything we needed. All appliances worked properly, and the overall layout was practical and comfortable. The furnishings are tasteful, with a bright, predominantly white interior that makes the space feel open and welcoming. Despite being located on the ground floor, the apartment was relatively quiet. The bedroom faces the rear courtyard rather than the street, which made for peaceful nights and consistently good sleep throughout our stay. The air-conditioning units deserve a special mention as well. They operated quietly and efficiently, providing excellent cooling during warmer periods and reliable heating when needed, without creating noticeable noise or discomfort. Communication with the host was smooth throughout the stay. We particularly appreciated the clear instructions and information provided around the apartment, which made check-in and day-to-day use very straightforward. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and we would gladly return.

The bright white interior also made it easier to notice that some areas could have been cleaned more thoroughly before our arrival. While this did not significantly affect our stay, it was noticeable during a longer visit. The bedroom mattress was firmer than we personally prefer. Guests who enjoy softer mattresses may find it a little uncomfortable at first, although we adapted to it after the first couple of nights.

Hartstikke modern appartement, erg ruim! Fijne badkamer en douche. Het bed leek wat hard in eerste instantie maar we hebben prima geslapen. Verder ruime woonkamer, prima keuken en het was netjes, schoon In de omgeving is de Mercado de Numancia ook erg aan te raden, vooral 's avonds (Spaanse tijden, dus na 20u!)

De lokatie toch wel - het is met 10 minuten toch net wat ver van de metro, waardoor alles wat je doet best wat tijd kost vs als je in het centrum zit. Daarbij is het ook een beetje een groezelige omgeving - we hebben ons niet onveilig gevoeld omdat er tot laat veel mensen op straat zijn, maar toch..

We had a wonderful 5-day stay at this apartment in Madrid! Everything went perfectly from start to finish. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we could possibly need — we truly didn’t miss a thing. The location was great, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the hosts clearly put a lot of care into making guests feel comfortable. We absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Madrid and will most definitely come back if we have the chance to return to this amazing city. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

Lack of parking space in the neighborhood

It was very spacious and very new. We liked this accommodation very much. It is a 10 minute walk to the Metro station and 15 minutes to Plaza Sol, the center of Spain, where all kilometer distances are measured from. There is a large supernarket by the Metro station that has ready to eat meals. This apartment comes with everything that you require, all appliances, etc.
