The studio also has a private bathroom and a functional layout that allows you to comfortably make use of each space.

Things to note
The studios do not have a washing machine inside. However, the building will have a common laundry room, equipped with washing machines and dryers available for guests to use comfortably during their stay.
IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal lettings, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Lettings Act (LAU). Customers will sign a seasonal letting contract upon arrival.
Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 70 EUR payable at the time.
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the Grupo BizTrip app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities.
It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of 1000 € will be requested, refundable at the end of the stay if there is no damage to the accommodation.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the rest hours established at all times.
