Ha del potenziale, ma va sistemato
Posizione ottima in pieno centro storico, vicinissimo al Castello di Casale Monferrato. Ampio parcheggio disponibile nella Piazza del Castello a 2 minuti a piedi dall'alloggio. Letti molto comodi.
L'appartamento in sé è comodo. Si tratta di un monolocale con bagno al secondo piano senza ascensore. Il bagno andrebbe rifatto da zero, i sanitari sono tutti rovinati e pieni di calcare, la doccia è minuscola e pur essendo una persona minuta ho avuto difficoltà a muovermi. Nell'asciugacapelli mancava l'adattatore, in cucina mancava un accendino per accendere il piano cottura. Ho dovuto farmelo prestare da un passante. Nella finestra c'è una persiana che però non si può chiudere, né si riesce ad aprire la finestra. Nel balcone c'è la persiana solo per la metà superiore, quindi in basso filtra la luce. Sarebbero gradite delle tende oscuranti spesse.
