Small but sufficient for one night.
Smaller than expected but enough for one person. Clean and good communication with owner.
Advertised with AC but wasn’t installed yet even though it was warm. Owner was apologetic at least for it.

La ubicación
El sillón cama es incómodo, no había mantas ni edredón para el frío de Casale, el baño se inunda si te duchas y el agua sale al departamento.No había pava eléctrica.

All’arrivo l’appartamento era gelido con riscaldamento spento. Siamo a Gennaio con zero gradi. Scrivo alla proprietaria, perché chiamarla è impossibile. Mi dice come accendere la caldaia e che si sarebbe scaldato in cinque minuti. Ma figuriamoci. Ha raggiunto la temperatura al termine dei due giorni di soggiorno. Nell’armadio ci sono tre copriletti leggeri primaverili, alla richiesta di una coperta più pesante non ricevo risposta. Provvedo io con coperta che avevo in auto. Letto sfondato, la doccia si allaga, posate e pentole assenti. Il telefono non prende e non c’è Wi-Fi. Non si può offrire un servizio così scadente a questi prezzi. Sono andato via una notte prima.

Quale colazione?
Le coperte che abbiamo trovato a disposizione nell'armadio avevano un cattivo odore di sudore. Il bagno aveva cattivo odore di urina. Caldaia molto rumorosa. Tra i vari servizi era compresa anche la lavatrice e il ferro da stiro che però al nostro arrivo non erano presenti. E la camera non era insonorizzata come era riportato sulla descrizione dell'appartamento..si sentiva rumore di ogni genere dall'esterno.

Fahrräder durften mit in die Unterkunft genommen werden
Das "Apartment" ist ein ein kleiner Raum mit einem kleinen Fenster. Das Doppelbett ist ein ausgedientes, durchgelegenes Klappsofa. Die Klimaanlage ist ein Ventilator. Die Kücheneinrichtung reicht nicht zum kochen. Die Pflegeprodukte sind eine halbe Rolle Klopapier und eine zu einem Drittel gefüllte mit Wasser verdünnte Flüssigseife. Badezimmer ranzig. Waschmaschine fehlt. Wie man 2025 eine Unterkunft ohne WiFi anbieten kann ist verwirrend. (Mobiles Internet ebenfalls dürftig) Reaktion der Gastgeberin auf diese Anliegen nicht lösungsorientiert sondern pampig. Sind einen Tag früher ausgecheckt wegen unerträglicher Hitze. Die Parkbank vor der Unterkunft wäre die bessere Wahl zum schlafen.
