This is not hotel. This is a house with 10 small rooms, you can hear everything people talking in other rooms. Shared bathroom for 10 people. It is a hostel. I don't recommend it to anyone.

u cant buy anything ab have it drlivered it will be stolen if u are not there to collect it poor communication u have to reach out to property manger who is not always available for access

False advertisement they told me it was going to be a TV in my room and it wasn't that was the reason I booked it for my stay that night I'm in and out of town a lot and I like to watch TV

I liked everything

Clean. Private. Quiet.

Air conditioning was a communal(central air) so once in a while it was either a little colder than I liked or a little warmer. Overall good though.

I liked the availability of the amenities such as refrigerator microwave, stove, blender, hot and cold water, a kitchen and a choice of 2 bathrooms. If your bedroom is one of the 2 located to the front of the building or one of the 2 located to the right side of the building then you can have a view of your parked car throughout your stay.

I did not like the fact that i was shown a picture of my large room on the website but when i reached the property, i was given an undersized room. The room description on the site clearly said "DOUBLE DELUXE ROOM and i paid for a DOUBLE DELUXE ROOM. MY RECEIPT CLEARLY SHOWED THAT I PAID FOR A DOUBLE DELUXE ROOM. Upon reaching the property in the night, the land lord gave me an undersized single room with only a single bed and a small glass table which could only accomodate a vase with flowers. No other furniture was in the room or a closet or a clothes iron. All my belongings had to be placed on the floor which included bags and food. Despite my complaints to the landlord to rectify the situation based on the double deluxe room description displayed on my receipt he insisted that there were only two options. He said if i wanted the double deluxe room, that i paid for , then i could pay an additional $15 per night or i could check out because the double deluxe room was not available at the agreed price that i paid online. When i complained and voiced my dissatisfaction with the situation with which i was faced, the landlord digitally changed the entrance lock number combination without informing me. He literally locked me out of the dwelling that i paid for, upon returning after night hours from the road. I called the landlord telephone number to get clarification on the matter but he did not respond. The landlord violated my right as a tennant! I was able to get inside after another tennant came home. When i called the landlord telephone number the next day and sought clarification , he casually gave me a new entrance lock combination without an apology or explanation. There is also no television or radio in the bed room. The only thing that is present in the bedroom is a small fragile bed and a small round table to host a flower vase. No chair or other furniture was present.

When I arrived, my room was already taken by somebody else!! I knocked on the door of the room that was assigned to me, a couple opened, saying they didn’t receive their room assignment, so they went into any room. The property never replied to my messages and phone calls! They refused to issue a refund! Horrible run place! Stay away!

If you need something for a short stay, with iny room just a bed and a table in it will be fine! Very close to airport, everything was super clean, with towels included, kitchen that you can use, close there is a shop , you have a small garden around the place.

Room is really small, but it was just fine for a one-night stay :)

La limpieza del lugar

El alojamiento se encuentra en un vecindario sumamente peligroso. Desde el momento en que llegamos no nos sentimos seguras en absoluto. En la esquina había un grupo de hombres con actitud sospechosa, fumando y bebiendo, lo cual generó mucha inseguridad. Al llegar a la casa, un hombre que parecía estar alcoholizado estaba afuera; al preguntarle si sabía algo sobre el alojamiento, respondió de muy mala gana y de forma agresiva: “¿Te parece que yo trabajo aquí?”. Llegamos muy cansadas y solo queríamos descansar, pero en la casa viven más personas que hicieron ruidos toda la noche. Tiraban cosas, golpeaban las puertas constantemente y, en un momento, pusieron música a todo volumen. Fue, sinceramente, la peor noche de mi vida.Si eres mujer y planeas hospedarte sola, no te quedes aquí bajo ninguna circunstancia. Este lugar no es seguro y tu integridad física podría estar en riesgo.

Easy self access and a nice large outdoor mall nearby. The bathroom facilities were nice although there’s only one shared bathroom.

Room 1 a/c didn’t work properly. The room warm and had a mildew odor due to lack of ventilation. Advised the owner via email twice with no response. Awoke several times to check vent with no air or warm air coming out. Music from cars blasting music driving by. Not the best of neighborhoods. Overpriced.

Es muy cómodo y se encuentra en buenas condiciones, agradezco sinceramente la paciencia y la buena disposición para resolver mis inquietudes, me sentí muy cómoda y segura.

Coloque la dirección en el GPS tan pronto me baje del aereopuerto. El lugar a donde me llevaron es un lugar muy bajo en los suburbios. Corrí peligro …. Gracias a Dios el chofer tuvo la consideración de llevarnos a otro lugar donde pude alquilar una habitación. Muy decepcionado
