L'appartamento è ben tenuto e pulito. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
La lavastoviglie non ha funzionato bene e non c'erano sufficienti punti di appoggio in cucina per poggiare le cose. Un tè scaduto nella dispensa.
