Tolle Lage, etwas ruhiger gelegen und trotzdem schnell am Bus und in der Stadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Geräumiges Zimmer, modern eingerichtet. Sogar mit Balkon ins Grüne.
Nicht ganz so sauber. Haare vom Vorgänger hinter den Türen und in den Ecken, Spülschwamm und Geschirrtücher sehr fleckig und alte Soßenflecken in der Küche. Kaffeemaschine war auch nicht sauber.

Gefallen hat die Ausstattung, sogar ein mit Kaffeebohnen gefüllter Kaffeeautomat war vorhanden, Tabs für den kleinen Geschirrspüler, bequeme weiche Matratze, … persönlicher Parkplatz
Es hätten noch paar Küchenutensilien mehr gutgetan. So z.B. Pfanne, Holzlöffel

Very clean, spacious, with a functioning elevator(which is becoming rare for some reasons) and a balcony. The kitchen already had plates and everything needed to cook. Nothing to complain about.
I just wish the dustbin place were not in front of the doorway. Having to cross them whenever going out was a bit uncomfortable. But not really something that spoiled my great experience.

Es war relativ sauber und die Wohnung ist schön hell. Aufzug ist vorhanden
Es mangelt an sämtlichen hilfreichen Kleinigkeiten: nur 1 angefangene Rolle Toilettenpapier, kein einziger Haken im Bad, um mal ein Handtuch aufzuhängen, Fernseher musste erstmal eingestellt werden, laut brummender Kühlschrank im Wohn-/Schlafzimmer, Heizung funktioniert nicht wie sie soll: springt erst spät an und früh morgens ist das Wasser noch nicht heiß .
Die Küche ist nicht wie auf den Fotos, mal schnell was erwärmen geht leider nicht. Kein Backofen, keine Mikrowelle
