Muy limpio y equipado. Cerca de la playa y de restaurantes. La urbanización es muy completa con piscina, pistas de tenis e incluso una terraza-bar. Fundamental el aire acondicionado en verano, no pasamos nada de calor.
Menaje algo justo (solo 4 vasos, 4 tazas…) con lo que si estás varios días tienes que estar lavando cubiertos y platos constantemente por no disponer de lavavajillas. En temporada alta aparcar por la zona puede ser problemático ya que está todo lleno.

Wohnung ist sauber, sehr schick und außerdem ist der Gastgeber super nett. Valencia ist mit dem Bus gut zu erreichen.
Die Wände sind sehr dünn und man hört durchgehend die Nachbarn
