Amazing apartment - 2BR6P - Bastille

The location is excellent. Good sized apartment, bed very comfortable and good showers.

There is only one toilet, which is clearly advertised, but is something to be mindful of if there is a lot of you.

Location is great and comfortable apartment for a good price.

Following the booking we were refused details of access to the property where we were sent to another website to take a deposit guarantee on the property. This site came up as unsecure ahd following numerous communications Booking.com told me not to go to that site. The Management company told me we had to input our credit card details for the security deposit. 24 hours later and after numerous calls to both the management company and booking.com I had not choice but to input my card details. I had the priveledge of being forced to pay a fee for this service. This is illegal in France without prior consent at the time of booking. When we arrived there were two apartments that were identical next to each other which were not identified with a number or letter. It was very confusing. The whole process was stressful and took 5 hours of my time to resolve. Very unsatisfied with the time the additional (illegal) service cost.
