Villa 191

The place was clean and tidy and very spacious for 5 adults. Location was great and walking distance to a number of shops including a supermarket. The off street parking was essential as it was on a main street - made you feel that your vehicle was safe. The place itself, was very comfortable and cosy and the heat pump did a good job of keeping the main living area warm. Got both morning and afternoon sun in the main living area. There was a nice little seating area out the back that got lovely sun in the afternoon too.

All very minor issues: There was light missing in front bedroom above the bed, just some electrical wires poking out of the wall. The front bedroom was impacted by the traffic, so there was more noise than the other bedrooms. The sliding door between the hall and the living area, would not stay closed, it kept sliding back open. Lastly there was a broken hook in main bathroom next to the shower which just minimised options to hang used towels.

Tidy and Modern

Water pressure hard to figure out in kitchen, A/C in main area not working

The location was perfect for the places we need to go to in Masterton. The shower in the ensuite bathroom is amazing, the beds are so comfortable and loved that there is heating in every room because it was so cold when we visited.
