Flat Point beach, just below Riversdale beach on the south Wairarapa coast - a good weekender - 2 hours drive from Wellington.
Enjoy the tranquil country atmosphere at a bach with modern facilities. 3min walk to a safe swimming beach with abundant sea life and a reef to explore on low tides.
Surfing, swimming, and diving with good boat launching access. An efficient woodburner ensures a toasty warm bach even in a southerly.

Special Conditions:
Pillows and Duvets supplied. Guest are expected to supply their own linen, including tea towels, sheets and pillow cases.
NOTE:
Under Kiwi bach traditions you are expected to clean the house and do the dishes before you leave, ready for other guest to enjoy.

Our host was super responsive to our messages and provided clear instructions for the property. But, it was the location of the property that stood out. Perfect, secluded spot with friendly locals and prime beach access. Perfect getaway spot for some R&R.

We had a great time staying here this is the second time we've stayed its a great location, lovely welcoming house and close to the beach.

A great time away with our whānau. Plenty of space for us all. Great communication and instructions. We did have abit of a hick up with our stay but the owners came out promptly to sort it. Beach is great. Views from the house are beautiful! 10/10
