Bathroom very small.

Modern kitchen, very comfortable bedding, neat bathroom, nice decor. Easy to follow access instructions, responsive host. All of the furniture, kitchen and bathroom were very clean. Good appliances.

When I booked this apartment, it was advertised as “luxury” and then after I paid the non-refundable amount, it was changed to “modern”. This was misleading and I feel quite duped. Though there were many positives, as expected for this price, the apartment had several issues. It is very small for three people, for example, difficult to walk to other side of bed in main bedroom. Carpet was stained and dirty throughout the apartment. Walls showing wear and tear with holes, dirty marks throughout - pen marks on bedroom wall for example. Water in shower difficult to regulate. Water in bathroom faucet and kitchen faucet only hot or cold, no in-between. We also had a problem with slow and unstable WiFi (no regular tv channels available without it), host responsive but issue not resolved. Small thing but the welcome booklet is barely hanging together, pages are ripped. Main building entrance and corridor are very dirty.
