There was no breakfast offered

This is fairly basic accommodation, and is accurately portrayed in the listing. Jason was available, polite and helpful in sorting out a booking confusion. The shared equipment was perfectly adequate, and the other clients were cooperative.
The listings in Booking.com did not make it clear which pictures applied to which of the four rooms. Because of that, I ended up booking a different room when I added a 3rd day to my stay. Despite my note when booking, Jason only realized that after my first night, but he pointed out the situation, and helped me move to the other room.
The listing should be clearer.
