Nice room in the suburbs. I had difficulty with the lock - couldn't figure out how to lock it when I left. It was inconvenient to keep track of the code to enter when I just popped out to my car & back in within a minute. I was expecting it to be more like a B&B, but no one spent any time in the common areas. There is a shopping area with eateries fairly close by. Also two very nice parks.
There were no towels available when I first arrived (I think he forgot they were still in the dryer).

The host was very helpful. Right up to the end where he helped me carry out my luggage!

I was required to stay overnight in Saskatoon due to a surgery and follow up early the next morning. The location was only 10 minutes away for the surgical clinic so it was very convenient. I had a passcode to let myself in. There was a communal kitchen which was very handy for preparing my supper and breakfast since I did not want to go out after the surgery.
It would be handy to have a mirror in each bedroom since the bathroom is shared.

Lovely host; great location; comfortable beds
Expected a couch/living area separate from the family upstairs. Pictures on website were misleading. Bedding had a very strong scent from laundry detergent which caused issues with allergies.
