Hamm Suite

The suite was very clean and comfortable. Even though you can hear the people upstairs it was not loud. It was the same as any apartment building. The suite is the perfect size for two people. It can handle four people but it will be a little snug.

There was no instructions book provided. It would have been nice to have some guidance on how to operate the washing machine. The front panel was older and had details worn off. We had to text to find out about check out details, such as, pulling off all bedding.

The area, it was easy to find. I liked that the walk was shovelled, we hit a bad snow storm that weekend. I liked how clean it was and how quiet the upstairs was.

I found it to be a little on the cold side in the living room. I was grateful for the blankets that were draped over the couch. They were nice to have and so handy in the moment.

The beds were comfortable.

It was hard to regulate the heat as the beds were tight against the wall heaters. The bathroom wasn’t clean. The inside of the shower curtain had what looked like dried conditioner all over it, there were small curly hairs in bathtub, long hairs as well. The bath mat was dirty and had tons of hair on it and under it. There were hairs in and around the bathroom sink. The kitchen cabinets were dirty, lots of food drippings. The dish rack had pasta or ramen noodles in it that stunk. We could hear running around and jumping through the ceiling late at night and very early in the morning. The living room rug and couch were dirty. There were several areas on the couch that also had dried snot.
