We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is clean, cozy, warm, and fully equipped with everything you might need. The location is perfect — right in the city center, close to shops and restaurants. Everything is neat and well-organized, you can really feel the care for guests. Next time we come to Wiesbaden, we will definitely book the same apartment again!

Everything was great! The only small wish — it would be nice to have slippers available in the apartment. Even if the price increased by a few euros, it would make the stay even more comfortable.

The location was perfect for a stay in downtown Wiesbaden. Very modern apartment with all the comforts you need. Walking distance to the best restaurants and cafes.

Appartamento nuovissimo e centrale

Appartamento nuovissimo, arredi ed elettrodomestici nuovi e funzionanti.

Il parcheggio é in un centro commerciale, con ingresso strettissimo e chiuso di notte. Il fatto che fosse chiuso di notte mi era stato detto, che fosse molto stretto no. Con una macchina SW il rischio di fare fatica ad entrare é molto alto.

Sehr stilvoll, gemütlich eingerichtetes Appartment. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was benötigt wurde. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, Zugang zum Appartment ohne Probleme. Eine bessere Lage ist nicht vorstellbar, mitten in der Innenstadt.

Sauber, ordentlich, aber eng zu viert!

Die Lage war super! Die Dusche war geräumig und die Deko der Wohnung ansprechend. Spülmaschine ist super!

Unterkunft war ordentlich, aber eng/klein für 4 Personen! Vor allem die Toilette. Als Person größer 175 cm war es sehr eng! Keine bequemen Sitzmöbel - sobald die Couch als Bett ausgeklappt ist, was bei uns der Fall war, da wir zu viert diese Unterkunft gebucht hatten. Auf den Fotos in der Anzeige waren hauptsächlich andere Appartements zu sehen. Es gab keinen Esstisch mit Stühlen. Nur einen Tresen mit Barhockern, die sehr wackelig waren.

Modernes Appartment in zentraler Lage

Tolle Lage, sehr modern eingerichtet.

Die Beleuchtung im Wohnraum ist etwas ungemütlich. Eine Stehlampe oder Leselampe wäre schön. Wenn man zu 4. reist und das Sofa aufgeklappt ist, hat man leider keinen gemütlichen Sitzplatz für 4 Leute. Die Bistro-Hocker sind auf Dauer etwas unbequem. Die Ausstattung an Küchen-Utensilien ist sehr übersichtlich.

Perfekter Aufenhalt - Gerne Wieder!

Ich war bereits zum wiederholten Mal hier und habe mich wieder sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist modern, sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es ruhig und das Bett sehr bequem. Es war super, dass die Gastgeber mir vorab einen Parkplatz im Parkhaus reserviert haben. Diesen konnte ich direkt nach meiner Buchung unkompliziert anfragen und dann nach Bestätigung dazubuchen. Dieser war deutlich günstiger als die regulären Tarife und macht die Anreise viel entspannter. Der Check-in war unkompliziert, die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern jederzeit schnell und hilfsbereit.

Tolle Lage, tolle Ausstattung, einfach toll!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach unübertrefflich. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet. Lediglich das Bett, die Ausziehcoach ist nicht so bequem.

Und es wäre schön, wenn die "Terrasse" ein wenig hübsch gestaltet werden würde, denn man schaut doch drauf!. Aber wir würden wieder kommen!

Compact en modern ingericht. Centrale locatie middenin de stad. Voorzien van Wasmachine. Schoon.

Bij meer dan twee personen is er geen plek genoeg om met elkaar lekker te zitten in de woonkamer. Het is beter om dan het grotere appartement te kiezen. Let op: appartement is op de zolderverdieping (geen lift). De douche is warm maar heeft erg weinig druk.

Super Gastgeber und Top Lage

Mein zweiter Aufenthalt im Elly Nine war erneut rundum gelungen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern lief reibungslos – freundlich, schnell und jederzeit hilfsbereit. So wurde der gesamte Aufenthalt angenehm und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt, gut ausgestattet und liegt unschlagbar zentral – mitten in der Innenstadt, mit allem Wichtigen direkt in der Nähe. Auch das Parken im nahegelegenen Parkhaus war problemlos. Ich komme gerne wieder.
