Comfortable and pleasant with minor annoyances
First the good. The apartment itself was comfortable and looked like it is newly renovated. The furnishings were tasteful, kitchen pretty complete (but no salt, pepper, nor oil). Coffee machine with capsules provided and teabags. Memory foam bed was very comfortable. We had what we needed for a 2 night stay. Just 5 mins away was a shopping area so you can get your groceries easily coming in.
Like what other reviewers mentioned, there were some things that could be better and some things that couldn't be helped by the owner. But so long as you know what you are expecting, and the price is right, it isn't a problem. 1) The entry stairwell being common property was shabby and badly maintained. Walls and stairs could do with a coat of paint. Light in the hallway our 2nd floor apt wasn't working so it was very dark in front of our door and we needed our flash light from our phones to key in the door code. 2) Clearly owner had a fixed budget with renos and furnishings. Go now whilst everything looks great because it is still new. Here and there things were wonky: for eg. the faucet of the sink in the bathroom wasn't (and couldn't) be tightly fixed. We tried to screw it on tight but it didn't stay tight. So water would drip thru. A bathroom floor tile was slightly wobbly (grooves weren't filled in). A side lamp was missing a bulb, one of the doorknobs of the side cupboard wasn't screwed on tight. 3) Location: You definitely needed the car to get to the centre of town

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Sind aber auch nur nachts da gewesen. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht.
Der Treppenaufgang zur Wohnung ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Und große Menschen müssen den Kopf einziehen, um sich nicht Beulen zu fangen. Als wir den Treppenaufgang hochgegangen sind, haben wir erst gedacht. Oh mein Gott, wo sind wir hier gelandet. Aber nach Öffnung der Wohnungstür, wo uns dann ein modern eingerichtetes Ambiente entgegen kam, waren wir dann beruhigt.

Alles war toll. Wir haben die Wohnung am Tag der Anreise gebucht, der Besitzer hat sofort reagiert und alle notwendige Infos zugeshikt. Die Anweisungen für Zugang in die Wohnung waren klar und einfach. Wohnung war sauber, alles entsprach die Infos und Fotos auf Booking. Es war sauber, warm, gemütlich und es gab auch Tee, Kaffee zur Verfügung
