The place was nice but after the stay I got a request for 5€ per person for city tax.

Ground floor, perfect location.

I booked two apartments and there was only one. I do not understand how that could happen. Half of our party had to go to a near hotel to stay.

Great location and comfortable flat

Very clean and everything we needed was there. Great location

It is next to a very busy conference centre with trucks loading and unloading every day including Sunday starting at 7 am. No way to have a quiet morning. It was quiet at night but we had an incident when someone was urinating against the wall next to the window (we had this open as it was hot anf the flat is ground floor) about 2 m next to where my daughter was sitting

Excellent place from which to discover Wiesbaden

We stayed one week in this apartment. It is centrally-located in Wiesbaden, with everything easily reachable on foot. The immediate environment consists of a high-density residential area alongside the back of the congress center. A few blocks away, there's the main shopping streets. It's also walking distance to bus routes to all sectors of the city, and around 15 minutes walk from the main train station. It was very warm outside during our visit, but by using the window shutters during the day we kept the interior temperature manageable -- the windows are to the north and east (but early in the day the sun is blocked by the adjacent building). The apartment itself is obviously recently renovated, is nicely decorated and offers two bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen (oven, induction range, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee pads machine, milk boiler, kettle, toaster...), a bathroom with large walk-in shower (no bathtub), a living room with a work table, and modern washing machine and dryer. There was no problem with the wi-fi setup, it was working well throughout. The host was very nice, bought a baby chair ahead of our stay and allowed us to stay past the checkout time due to an emergency. Overall very happy with our stay.

The view is nothing remarkable: it's on the ground floor looking at the back of the congress center (garage doors and loading bays). There's some activity related to that starting early (7:00) but otherwise it's a quiet street without traffic. One of the bedrooms was very quiet; but from the other one, a bit of water noise could sometimes be heard from the kitchen of the apartment above as well as from the main building door/buzzer.

Sehr saubere, geschmackvoll eingerichtete, gut ausgestattete und zentral gelegene Wohnung! Bahnhof und Innenstadt fußläufig erreichbar, Bushaltestelle fast vor der Haustür. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.

Tolle Wohnung mitten in der Stadt

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr Zentral, gute Anbindung an Bus und Bahn. Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Es war alles tip top sauber. Der Zugang mit 24h Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert. Die Betten sind ausreichend gross und bequem. Die Küche ist weitestgehend gut ausgestattet, Kleinigkeiten haben gefehlt. Dafür gab es Öl Gewürze usw. Die Sanitäranlagen sind zweckmäßig und ausreichend gross. Das Bad hat uns gut gefallen. Es gibt ausreichend viel Stauraum. Handtücher und Pflegeprodukte in ausreichender Anzahl. Die Heizung lässt sich gut regulieren. Macht aber ab und an seltsame Geräusche. Die Beleuchtung ist ausreichend hell. Alle Fenster lassen sich komplett verdunkeln mit elektr. Rolladen. Die Wohnung war bei geschlossenen Fenstern soweit leise.. Es gibt Fußläufig einen Bäcker, ca 600 Meter und einen Rewe ca 200 Meter neben dem Bäcker Wir haben uns soweit wohl gefühlt, abgesehen von den Sitzmöbeln

Wir haben uns eine beschichtete Pfanne gekauft und Eierbecher. Diese dann natürlich auch wieder mitgenommen. Es könnten mehr Tassen und Gläser und eine vernünftige Pfanne und Eierbecher in der Wohnung sein. Dann würde die Spülmaschine weniger oft laufen und auch für den Vermieter Energiekosten sparen. Beim Türschliesser an der Haus-Aussentüre müsste die Bremse mal eingestellt werden. Wenn Leute das Haus betreten oder verlassen schlägt die Türe sehr laut zu. Das Haus wird zu allen Tag und Nacht Zeiten betreten oder verlassen, was dann schon ein wenig nerven kann. Die Küchenstühle sind sehr einfach und weich, man sitzt ein wenig durch. Es gibt jedoch eine Bank und wir haben den Schreibtisch Stuhl genutzt anstatt der Küchenstühle Das Sofa war für uns zu tief und recht weich. Aber so etwas liegt immer am eigenen empfinden. Vielleicht setzt sich der Vermieter mal zur Probe auf die Möbel.

Immer wieder gern.

Eine top ausgestattete Wohnung. Gut geschnitten. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Leicht zu erreichen. Ideal für einen Kurztrip nach Wiesbaden. Auch Frankfurt ist schnell erreicht.

Die Bestückung mit Geschirr und Besteck ist ein bisschen mau. Obwohl es eine Spülmaschine gibt, muss man dann doch per Hand spülen, weil die Tassen o.ä. ausgehen. Und eine Beschreibung der Nespresso Kapseln würden helfen. Details, die für uns nicht so ins Gewicht fielen.

Appartement prima, parkeren drama en duur!!

Het appartement is echt perfect alleen: let op met parkeren. Onze auto werd de 1e nacht weggesleept. Uit de omschrijving hebben wij begrepen dat de auto bij het appartement konden parkeren echter is hij de 1e nacht weggesleept. 300 euro verder hadden we hem terug en moesten we de auto in een parkeergarage zetten. Kosten voor 4 nachten 80 euro!!!!!! Pcard hebben we niet dus per dagdeel 10 euro. Verder geen info over wat dan ook in het appartement over parkeren. Website zegt 5 euro per dag!!!!

Parkeer mogelijkheid en duidelijkheid van booking.com en verhuurder. Wordt nergens over gesproken dat er niet geparkeerd mag worden bij appartement. Wij zijn 400 euro kwijt door de onduidelijkheid op de site!!!!
