The apartment is very clean and good, perfect for one or two people, and the sound insulation is exceptionally good. Natural light and a very comfortable and large bed, and the kitchen and bathroom function very well. The host is exceedingly helpful and always available - thank you so much! There are shops nearby, and the tram stop to get into the centre is close and easy to find (it's about a 30-minute walk otherwise).
The neighbourhood can be slightly intimidating for solo travellers, especially at night. Be aware that the outside area for smoking is communal and publicly accessible, although it is sufficiently lit. The kitchen is fully functional, but slightly underequipped with glasses and plates - definitely not a problem for a short stay, though :)

The apartment is very cozy and smart utilated so despite being small it feels good and nice. The shower was perfect! Nice designed, spacious cozy and warm!
The outside of the building looks like a slum in the favalas in brasil, but don’t let that deturr you, the alartment is worth it!

room had some novel touches like the lighting.cheap place for a single night
difficult to locate from street, even using maps, area seemed run down and not great part of town, wouldn't want to stay long due to area, didn't feel safe.
