Great view, clean, comfortable and cozy

PSA: you have to slide the access card up and down into the reader, not just place it there. Don't ask why i'm telling you this :D. Cozy, clean, central location just by the riverside, actually warm during winter, very spacious and comfortable. The key is in a lockbox so it removed my check-in anxiety. No more rushing just to pick up the keys. No face to face meeting with the host but prompt and helpful communication. Great stay and will definitely return here if the occasion will happen.

I found the room spacious. The location is really nice - right across the street from a park and the river, near the city centre.

Minor tip for improvement: a shampoo could be useful, too.

The apartment was spectacular, very clean and well organized. The owner concerned with all details, services and utensils a visitor may need in the flat: the guideline and entrance instructions, the fridge, cooking tools, microwave, the stove, AC, cleaning machines, bath and toilet needs. Overall, it was a magnificent place and comfortable residence we had from all aspects of views, and we're 100% satisfied by the offered services.

Authentic Flat by the River

Just next to the river promenade and close to the main road, the location is central but calm. The room design caught my eye.

The cozy little table by the windows had no working light, this would have been the ideal reading and writing spot.

The accomodation is wide and comfty, especially for bed it's more than expected.

Accomodation doesn't have A/C. It's understandable because they offer room at quite low price, but personally it would be much better if they offer fan in the summer at least.

Location was perfect, very close to the city center, and a beautiful park just across the street. It was so easy to get the keys. I will definitely come back again.

The location was great really close to city Centre 5 min walking distance, plenty of places to dine in from there or serve a nice morning coffee or breakfast, And really close to where i needed to frequent.

Perfectly clean and cosy place!

Very clean rooms. Apartment is well equipped. Great location on riverside. The host was very friendly in contact. Even drinks provided at arrival. Nice details in home decor and flowers. Great place that is definitely recommendable.

Very minor detail: the place could be improved by providing some hanger for clothes. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

It was very good for one night stay.

It was a comfortable place at a very reasonable price. Parking was easy and free not far from the entrance. The accomodation was next to a river and a park. Shop was a few minutes away. The key was in a keybox, and we get proper information how to get it.

She was so helpful. Thank you so for everything. You can reach 7-8 min by tram. It's kinda close to city center too. There is 2 close market. You can enter the facility easily. If we come to Arad again absolutely we will stay again

Ședere scurtă, dar reușită!

Am stat o singură noapte, iar cazarea a fost foarte convenabilă datorită apropierii de facultate. Camera a fost curată și confortabilă, atmosfera liniștită, iar prețul a fost excelent. Personalul amabil a contribuit la o experiență foarte plăcută.

Nu am aspecte care să nu îmi fi plăcut.

Foarte ok pentru 3 zile.

Foarte bun raport calitate-preț, amplasat foarte apropiat de transportul public. Locul este civilizat, nu exista dubioși prin cartier. Peste drum acces direct la malul râului, nu am avut noaptea probleme prin zona. Curat în camera și primești din oficiu câteva prosoape pentru baie. Mai venim.

Apa caldă era călduță, dar acceptabila.

Spatiu generos si confortabil.

Pozitie foarte buna si foarte usor de gasit cu maps. Desi nu este asigurata parcarea in jurul locatiei exista posibilitatea de a gasi comod un loc, gratuit. Camera foarte mare si curatenie exemplara. Acces foarte comod in locatie ,informatii concise si transmise din timp pentru preluarea cheilor. Toate dotarile necesare in bucatarie/baie. Proprietara amabila si disponibila.

Locatia necesita renovare si as sugera utilizarea de lenjerie/prosoape albe-asigura turistul ca s-a facut o igienizare corespunzatoare. Mentionarea faptului ca balconul este inchis si deci nu este potrivita pentru un fumator. Odorizare excesiva a spatiului.
