Emplacement proche du lac (en 2nde ligne, pas face au lac) Ancien rénové mais ça reste de l’ancien Le restau d’en bas…
Petites fenêtres donnant sur cour et cuisines, donc en plein dans les odeurs. Se trouve juste au-dessus de la grille d’entrée de l’immeuble qui claque fort. Jet de douche bouché plein de calcaire et bouilloire pleine de calcaire. Eau courante avec calcaire qui sort du jet. Situé juste au-dessus de la ventilation sèche mains du restau qui fait vibrer le plancher à chaque utilisation. C’est assez grand mais pour nous malgré le coup de propre dans cet appartement ça reste dans son jus et les cuisines + le bruit, pour nous, c’était trop…
