Lokalizacja idealna. Kontakt z personelem szybki i pomocny. Plus za kapsułki do ekspresu do kawy i do pralki oraz suszarkę na pranie. Metraż idealny dla dwóch osób.
Mógłby być dokładniej posprzątany ( szczególnie szafa i szafka pod umywalką) jak również bardziej uporządkowany, ponieważ w każdej szafce były jakieś rzeczy (nawet puste pudełka) co sprawiało wrażenie jakby się wchodziło zaraz po kimś. Wymaga odświeżenia ( np. podłoga) i wymiany deski w toalecie, która jest za mała i się rusza.
