Lovely seaside apartment next to Starbucks opposite the beach park of Flisvos

The location of the apartment was good. After 10 minutes we were on the beach. We really appreciate the amenities this apartment provided. Even things like ice, cooling gel, shoe brush, big fridge or various cooking accessories. Also, of course, air conditioning, without which it would be impossible to survive the hot weather. The apartment was clean and well lit. The bathroom was spacious enough. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The overall apartment was a little smaller than we expected, but that's okay. We had a slightly disturbing moment when the workers came to replace the doorbell. The workers told us that the owner knew about the replacement, but didn't write us anything about it. We were unpleasantly surprised and delayed, as we were just about to go out, but instead we stood for about half an hour waiting for the workers to do their job.

It was a very clean apartment with all our needs. I really liked how everything was ready, and easy to access/use. The kitchen is also very useful if you want to prepare your meal yourself. The size of apartment was enough, no problem with wifi/hot water etc. I liked the neighborhood too.

Very serious parking problem here. Not about this specific apartment though. We were lucky to find a spot but the neighborhood is too crowded and it may take 30minutes to find a parking spot. People here are also very interesting indeed, they are leaving their cars just on the street, those places can only be barely called a real parking spot. Anyways, this is not directly related to this apartment or neighborhood. I observed this everywhere in Athens, and this building also has a lot of parking space in front of it - if you are lucky to find an empty spot.

The property was a ground floor although on the description it said 1st floor
