The pros- really close to Earl’s Court tube but still quiet. It is a very pretty street, with a Sainbury’s 5 mins away.
The kitchen was well stocked - but could have done with a knife sharpener, as the knives were fairly blunt. Nice bit of outdoor space. There is a gas BBQ, but it is not connected so can’t be used. We did ask the owner but got no response.
The flat could do with a decent clean and touch of paint. Lots of scuff marks etc. The beds are ok, but could do with better mattresses and pillows ( with protectors). When we got there there was damp washing ( towels and sheets) around and dumped in a travelling cot. We tried to dry them in the dryer, but it didn’t work. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all downstairs, so quiet. All in all, it was ok but the flat needs some TLC and better communication.
