1) The location is great , minutes from the pedestrian area of colmar 2) the secured parking space was very convenient 3) the house was very warm although the weather was very cold. 4) the size of the apartment was great for a family of 3 .
1) we were a family of 3 adults and the apartment has a double bed and a very uncomfortable sofa not suitable for an adult 2) the apartment had only 2 pillows and we ended up using the sofa pillow for the 3 person. 3) the kitchen was fully equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances but not even one fork or knife. There was only one very big kitchen knife and one small spoon. We had to buy ourselves disposables ones. 4) finally the sheet for the sofa didn’t feet. 5) there is no tv in the apartment . We didnt bother but is important to know. Overall the apartment very simple by nicely decorated and has great views over the “toites” of colmar, if they take care of few important things it could be great.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter le centre de Colmar.
Place de parking en sous sol et ascenseur.
Hôtes réactifs par messages.
Appartement bien équipé.
Le logement reste cher pour ce qu’il est. Le ménage pourrait être un peu plus poussé (vaisselle pas propre, baignoire partiellement bouchée, poils dans le linge de lit etc).
Le système d’ouverture/fermeture des volets n’est pas idéal.
Manque de chance ou non mais nous avons été privés d’eau chaude un soir en étant sous la douche, heureusement c’est revenu le lendemain matin.
Le document avec les instructions pour les clefs est très bien mais il faudrait rajouter des explications pour aller du parking à l’appartement (beaucoup de portes différentes..) + le code de l’ascenseur pour monter ET et descendre
Les nuits sont bruyantes à cause de la rue principale..

Pas vraiment propre quand on regarde de près...
Les explications sont inutiles car les codes ne fonctionnent pas. Tout a été ouvert manuellement.
Beaucoup trop cher pour ce qui est proposé.
