The hotel is conveniently located very close to the temple, which is a major advantage for visitors. The staff members were polite, helpful, and courteous throughout our stay.
The complimentary breakfast was of good quality, and the food served was tasty and fresh. Although the breakfast options were limited, the overall taste and quality were satisfactory.
The hotel management needs to pay more attention to room cleanliness, especially the bathroom.
The pillow covers and bed covers provided were ripped and in poor condition. Additionally, the room allotted to us was not properly cleaned and appeared to have been left uncleaned after the previous guest checked out.
I request the management to improve housekeeping standards and ensure rooms are thoroughly cleaned and inspected before being assigned to guests.
