    Stayed here for two nights in 3 days (two separate bookings).; booked the hotel based on ratings; didn't like the experience; poor house keeping and facilities; no kettle in the room on the first night; had to run behind them to get one; telephone instrument was there but not connected as the available slot was connetcted to TV; bathroom very slippery; sheets and pillows had stains; even the changed ones had the same; bathroom very slippery; tea/coffee sachets were available but not milk powder on both the rooms; room walls stained; bed very uncomfortable, sagging in the middle; the second room had only one cup and one glass with similar kind of beds and bathroom; very uncomfortable stay and bad experience.

    I got AC room for approx 1.3k all inclusive with complimentary breakfast. 4 min walking distance to Sai Baba temple. Staff is polite & helpful. All amenities available as per commitment. Only improvement required is more cleanliness.

    Average stay. Very small room provided. Not happy. Bathroom shower not working. Lever for shower on is missing. Worst break fast served. All food served looks and taste old. Not freshly prepared. Overall terrible stay. Location is very good.
