It features a bedroom with a 1.80 m x 2.00 m double bed with two mattresses, two nightstands, and a wardrobe. The modern bathroom features a shower, a sink, a bidet, and a toilet. A living room with a cozy couch invites you to relax. A large smart TV with internet access rounds out the amenities.
The fully equipped kitchen, including a dining area, is also located in this room.
The apartment features its own terrace with a spectacular panoramic view of the Moselle Valley. An awning allows you to sit in the shade on the terrace even when the sun is shining. Garden furniture and lounge chairs are available for use in the garden. Private, free parking spaces are available right next to the house. This is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is permitted on the terraces or in the garden. Pets are not allowed. Dogs permitted upon request. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. In the hallway, there is a cabinet stocked with cleaning supplies, a vacuum cleaner, as well as board games, playing cards, and books for our guests.

Free parking is available right next to the house. A spacious, lockable garage is available for your bicycles. Additional fees apply for bringing a dog or renting e-bikes.
