It features two bedrooms, each with a 1.80 m x 2.00 m double bed with separate mattresses, floor-to-ceiling windows, two nightstands, and a closet. A modern bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet is accessible directly from one of the bedrooms. The large main bathroom features a shower, sink, toilet, bidet, and a towel warmer. A spacious living room with a cozy couch invites you to relax. A large smart TV with internet access rounds out the amenities. The fully equipped kitchen, including a dining area with an extendable dining table, is also located in this room.
The apartment has its own terrace facing the Moselle and direct access to the garden. Garden furniture and lounge chairs are available for use in the garden. Private, free parking spaces are located right next to the house. This is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is permitted on the terraces or in the garden. Pets are not allowed. Dogs permitted upon request. The apartment is located on the 1st floor. However, it can be reached via the garden with just two steps. In the hallway, there is a cabinet stocked with cleaning supplies, a vacuum cleaner, as well as board games, playing cards, and books for our guests.

Free parking is available right at the house. A spacious, lockable garage is available for your bicycles. Additional fees apply for bringing a dog or renting e-bikes.
