Relax with the whole family at this beautifully restored home on the channel of Lake Nagawicka! This 4-bedroom retreat comfortably accommodates 10 adults and 2 kids, offering the perfect setting for family gatherings, friend getaways, or peaceful lakeside retreats.
Centrally located near downtown Delafield, but isolated in a tree lined yard. Enjoy the serenity associated with a northern Wisconsin vacation but with convenience of being located in Lake Country.
The Space
- Bedrooms: Four cozy bedrooms, each with vintage-inspired décor and comfy beds for a restful stay.
-Bathrooms: Two quaint bathrooms fully stocked with travel sized amenities, fresh towels, and toilet paper.
- Living Area: Warm and inviting with plush seating and a charming mix of antique and modern furnishings.
- Game Room: A favorite hangout with a record player, stocked with vinyl classics, plus board games for all ages to enjoy. For guest safety, the indoor fireplace is not available for use.
- Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern amenities, yet maintaining a vintage charm perfect for preparing meals together.
- Dining: A large table to fit the whole group, perfect for lively dinners or laid-back breakfasts on the Chanel.

-Swimming: The channel waters are not suitable for swimming due to a mucky bottom, but a short kayak away is a beautiful sandbar on Nagawicka Lake if you want to relax in the water.

My family and I needed and wanted a place to gather after we attended our mother’s memorial service. The house was everything we needed after the sober occasion. It felt very warm and homey. The owner of the rental, very nice and accommodating I would definitely rent this home again.

Our stay was exactly what we were hoping for! The house was very clean, put together and family-friendly. My kids really enjoyed the huge backyard, fishing off the dock, kayaking and nightly bonfires. We really appreciated the nice coffee bar options and having the house stocked with accommodations, this made it really convenient with having small kids! The hosts were quick to replying and answering questions. We will definitely be staying here again.

The home and furnishings were very nice, clean, and had everything we needed. Great fire pit. Quiet neighborhood. Too bad we were only there a short time.
